"I was most unhappy with my kitchen. But to the credit of the painters they really tried to please me. There were issues with the covering of wallpaper with paint. It really was not what I expected. I am not sure if it could have been done better so I don't want to blame the painters. Also with the issues with my cabinets, I thought that they could have been sanded better. If they start chipping within the two year warranty period then I will be calling the company back. Overall I am happy with the results of all the work I had done but there is always room for improvement. I am calling the painters back today because I have notice some paint splatter on my freshly painted cabinets, but I am sure that it will be taken care of soon. "

I wasn't going to be there but my Mom was there...she said he was very polite (that's a biggie for my Mom). They covered everything completely and cleaned up each day after work. The job was completed according to scheduled and looked beautiful. I have plaster walls that needed lost of repair and they repaired everything...even holes that Ididn't see! I would use them again for any interior and exterior paint job.

"I had called to make my painting dates for a Thursday, Friday and Saturday. After calling the Augusta office the receptionist told me it would only be a 2 day project (Friday and Saturday). The painting project took Friday, Saturday, Sunday and part of Monday. I am disappointed with the miscommunication and under estimate of how long the paint job was going to take. On a better note, Sheri the manager, was very helpful with paint selections and super friendly. In addition, the painter were very nice and did a GREAT paint job!"

"Part of contract was to pressure wash screen porche and seal it, and put it back on. I was happy that they agreed to do that since it wasn't painting and they had great expertise. Second thing was when the screen was up, it was saggy and they took a section they worked on and put it on a different way so it can be tight. It came out a beautiful job. It took a lot of time to get it done but they did a great job. I am very pleased with the concept "That we will do it until we get it right". The work was great!"
